We maintain this website as a service to our Users, and by using our site you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully, and check them periodically for changes. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you should not review information or obtain goods, services or products from this site.

Eligibility

The "User" shall be at least 18 years of age or over to register and avail the services of the "Site". Registration to the "Site" is void where prohibited. The "User" represents and warrants that he/she has the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of its terms and conditions. The "User" shall not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent identity, age or affiliation. The "Site" may terminate the registration of the "User", and any content posted, and/or prohibit the "User" from accessing the Service for any reason, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice, including if it believes the User is under 18 years of age.

Information Technology Act & Indian Laws

We promote wireless products and services. In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) Act 1997 & 2000, the Telecom Tariff Order 1999 (Forty-Fifth Amendment 2007) and the common law of contract, these Terms and Conditions are valid, binding and enforceable for all persons that access our website. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, then you may not use our services. Reasonable use of the website automatically binds Users to this agreement. During registration the User must provide his/her mobile number, which acts as the User's identity, and agrees to update GoterPay whenever the status of that mobile number changes.

Proprietary Rights

All content on the Site — text, graphics, pictures, video etc. — and its selection and arrangement are the proprietary property of the Site, its Users or its licensors, with all rights reserved. Any use of the Site or its content other than as specifically authorized herein, without prior written permission, is strictly prohibited and will terminate the registration granted herein.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Site may amend its terms and conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Any change will be notified by posting an announcement on the Site. The User is responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Service to stay apprised of any changes.

Purchase Agreement

The User cannot use the service to harm or abuse any person or firm, or use any language that harms a person directly or indirectly. The User understands and makes a transaction only after accepting all of our terms and conditions.

Recharge Dispute

Please do not refund a user until we refund you; if you do so it will be your loss. Please dispute your transaction within 7 days of the transaction date, else we will not be able to check that transaction.

Account Validity

Once your balance is more than Rs. 5000 you must complete KYC with us, otherwise you will not be able to use any service. We generally give your account 30 days validity by default from the date of last login or transaction. API Partners must maintain a minimum account balance of Rs. 500/-.

Account Termination

We have the right to forfeit all/partial credits and terminate your account at any time if we find it being used for illegal campaigns, in breach of the DND agreement, or any terms listed on this page.

Pricing Policy

Pricing is bound to change at any time. This may not affect purchases already made; however, when TRAI or other government regulations increase or decrease the base price, we have the right to increase/decrease your recharge margin without prior notice.

Legal Action on Illegal Usage

We track your IP, device information and geo-location on every login and store them in our database for security. If any illegal use is found, we may first terminate your account and may take legal action if the case is in severe breach of our and the Government's terms and conditions.

Payment

All sales of recharge are final and no refund or exchange is permitted. You are responsible for the mobile number or DTH account number you recharge and all charges resulting from those purchases. Goter Web Private Limited is not responsible for a recharge made to an incorrect number. However, if money has been charged to your card or bank account but a recharge has not been delivered within 24 hours, inform us via email or the Contact Us page with the mobile/DTH number, operator, value, transaction date and order number. If verified, you will be refunded within 7 working days.

Any advance/top-up payment received from retailers / distributors / API Users that remains unused may be refunded on request; after one month of deposit the User must send a refund request, and the balance will be refunded within 15 to 20 working days via the same source. We have a 24x5 (excluding Saturday and Sunday) billing system for NEFT and IMPS. We only accept payment directly from your bank, not from any 3rd party website or company. API Users must maintain a minimum account balance of Rs. 500.

No Refund Policy

Funds transferred to us will never be refunded. Kindly test our services well before making any future transactions.
